On May 22nd, a hardware Engineer in Dongguan found AOQUN. As an old customer, AOQUN has always provided easy-cut strip brushes that be mounted on their easy-cut strip brush aluminum strips. This time, Engineer Jiang chose another supplier’s brush. Since the brush is not tightened after installation, the brush thickness is increased, lead to the brush deformation after is inserted into the slot of the aluminum strip. Engineer Jiang has to find a solution。

Manager Chen of AOQUN checked detailed with Engineer Jiang, started the test demonstration with the easy-cut strip brush aluminum strip to Engineer Jiang, and explained: “In fact, the stuck is due to the too thick brush. After the thickness is increased, it is easy to be stuck by the corners of the aluminum strip slot when assembled into the aluminum strip. Only the sharp edge is removed by a grinder, and the brush is mounted in the aluminum strip from the grinding edge without getting stuck.”

Engineer Jiang was very satisfied with the results of the demonstration, and immediately use the easy-cut strip

brush tips learned from AOQUN to deal with their aluminum strips. The installation is now very smooth, and the brush is not deformed. Engineer Jiang joked: It is never too late to learn.
