In AOQUN, there are main four types of brushes include strip brushes, twisted wire brushes, planting brushes（Stapled Set Brush）, and industrial brushes with special craftsmanship.

The composition of the strip brush is very simple. It consists of three parts: brush filament, fastening wire, and base. Commonly used filaments are nylon, PP, PBT, PE, PET, animal hair (pig hair, horsehair, wool). The main properties of the brush wire are flame retardant, anti-static (anti-static level: 1010-1012), and conductive (with permanent static level: 104-106). Comply with ROHS environmental protection heavy metals, ROHS environmental protection heavy metals, SVHC EU substances of high concern, anti-ultraviolet, UL-V0, white smoke, non-toxic. Most of the fastening wires are made of iron wires. If the application environment is relatively harsh, our professional advice will recommend the use of stainless steel fastening wires, as well as the base. Spring Brush Strip

According to the application, the strip brushes can be made into short strip brushes (short strip brushes below 100mm in length), escalator brushes strip, door side strip brushes, bevel edge strip brushes, punching strip brushes, special-shaped strip brushes. The types of special-shaped  strip brushes are spring strip brushes, coil wound strip brushes can be divided into inner-wound brushes strip (centerless inner-winding and inner-winding with shaft) and outer-wound brushes, centerless outer-winding and outer-winding with shaft), side-wound brushes (internally called cup brushes) ), square brush strip(square brush strip is also known as vacuum cleaner brush strip, vacuum brush generally has arch bridge brush and fan shaped brush), with shaft inner winding and outer winding brush, is also called brush roller.

Twisted wire brush mainly includes brush filaments and metal twisted pair. In addition to the types of brushes filaments mentioned above, there are steel wires, copper wires, and abrasive wires. Twisted wire brushes need to pay attention to the handling of the brush head. Aoqun Brush Factory can process them into a fan shape, tie head, single wire winding, dispensing, rubber casing, head winding, cutting, and the tail of the brush can be processed into ring or spot welding. Twisted wire brushes with smaller bristles diameters can be used as medical instrument cleaning brushes, test tube cleaning brushes, and bottle cleaning brushes. Twisted wire brushes with larger diameter bristles can be used by customers as koi spawning brushes/sewage filter brushes, gutter brushes, anti-rat brushes, etc.

Stapled Set Brush(planting brush) consists of brush filaments, metal fastening wire, and base. The brush wire includes metal brush wire (stainless steel wire, copper wire), natural material brush wire (plant wool, animal wool), artificial synthetic material (nylon, PP, PBT, etc.). The material of the base is selected according to the purpose, and the commonly used materials are high-temperature resistant PP, ABS, rubber, and so on. The application of the flocking brush can be said to be useful regardless of the size, such as the disc brush of the sweeping machine in the cleaning industry, the anti-pinch brush of the escalator industry, the roller brush of the vacuum cleaner, the dust-proof brush of the data center cabinet, etc. Stapled Set Brushes are used in many ways, large and small.
