In August, we received an email from Mark of United States, saying that a batch of bottle and jar cleaning brushes ordered from other suppliers had lost 5,000 pieces when cargo received. At the same time, the packaging was damaged and the bottle and jar cleaning brushes inside were dirty. He had to re-packaging, which caused him a huge economic loss. Mark asked us if we can offer a reliable packaging of our bottle and jar cleaning brushes.

Our colleague responded to Mark promptly after receiving the Mark's email. After learning Mark's needs and concerns, we showed Mark the packaging of our bottle and jar cleaning brush of other customers through video. First of all, our material of inner and outer boxes are K=K double pit reinforcement, we also add cardboard on the bottom of the inner box and before the sealing to prevent the bottle and jar cleaning brush from getting wet; then put 4 inner boxes into one outer box; at the same time, we only put 6 outer boxes on the tray to avoid loss of goods. Besides, we use a wrapping film to avoid rain and wet; finally, we put a warning sign such as: no pressure, no rain on the boxes. Through the video, Mark was very satisfied with our packaging design.

2 days after, we received the purchase order from Mark, 20,000 units of bottle and jar cleaning brushes. We arranged the production and reliable packaging measures immediately. After 25 days, Mark received the goods and he’s very satisfied, saying that there is no missing of any bottle and jar cleaning brush and he don’t need to worry about this anymore.
